The Carlsbad Technology Group (TCTG), located in San Diego, CA, provides consultation and business planning services to Enable Entrepreneurs™ seeking venture capital investment in high technology markets. TCTG was founded in 2002 and from that time has been focused on working with start-up companies looking to secure venture or private capital to establish their technologies throughout the world. To do this, TCTG brings a wealth of business develop and technical experience and a broad background in multiple high technology industries. This includes proven experience in venture and private equity funding, business plan/model development, cross-functional team management, strategic planning, technology assessment and business and technical due diligence, international sales channel development product introductions, as well as press release and public relations activities.

TCTG has an experienced staff with a proven track record in venture and private equity funding. TCTG has worked with well established firms such as Intel and start-up companies like 4DConnect and CommQuest Technologies, Inc., which after initial venture funding of $6.5M US$ was sold, three years later, to IBM for $180M US$. Also, having secured over $30M in capital with venture firms such as Sequoia Capital, Brentwood Associates, Oak Investment Partners, JAFCO, and AT&T Ventures, TCTG can provide immediate access to venture capital, angel as well as private funding sources.
